Three applications for over 70 houses in Lucan

THREE planning applications calling for more than 70 housing units in Lucan have been submitted to South Dublin County Council by Eleveden Properties.Land between railway and Tully Hall
The largest application, which seeks permission for alterations to a number of homes already approved by the council, was lodged at the end of March.
The applicant has already received permission to build 48 housing units and 16 apartments on the lands south of Tullyhall and north of the main Dublin Cork railway line at Esker South.
However, the new application seeks to omit the 16 apartments and replace these with 13 two storey, three bed semi-detached and detached homes.
If permission is granted these houses would all be located along the southern boundary with the Adamstown Link Road.
