A new programme is being developed to bring “vacant and under-utilised” council properties back into active use in South Dublin.
The local authority is working on a new plan to bring council properties known to be vacant or potentially unused properties back into active use, with refurbishment or redevelopment assessments, housing delivery considerations and potential community or cultural uses where appropriate.
