Windsor Motor group acquires Agnelli Motor Park dealership

WINDSOR motor group is expanding with the acquisition of Agnelli Motor Park in Tallaght – one of the largest family-owned motor dealerships in Dublin.

Agnelli Motor Park has been in operation since 2010 and recently moved into a state-of-the-art premises on Airton Road.

The dealership been successfully run by Michael Kerslake, Edward Kenny and Frances Kerslake who are now stepping back from the business.

Windsor has retained all 14 employees and plans to grow the business, to create new jobs and to maintain and develop its high standard of customer sales and aftercare service as the main Peugeot and Suzuki dealers in south-west Dublin.

The dealership has been renamed as Windsor Airton and the newly opened premises includes modern showrooms, an Aftercare Workshop with 14 work bays to provide quick and efficient service, a dedicated outdoor Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) display area, and a 90-vehicle forecourt.

“We are delighted to acquire such an established business, to strengthen our existing relationship with Peugeot and to add such a distinguished car brand as Suzuki to the growing range of car brands that Windsor sell and service,” said Peter Nicholson, Managing Director of Windsor.

Windsor has embarked on an ambitious growth strategy which had been underpinned by its successful Motor Mall concept which brings multiple car brands together under one roof.

The wide range of car brands that it offers now includes, Nissan, Renault, Dacia, Opel, Peugeot, Mazda, Citroën and Suzuki.

“Suzuki have ambitious plans to grow their market share in Ireland and we are excited to help them to realise that objective by continuing to broaden the choice of vehicles that we offer our customers.
