Woman stole over €2k One4all gift vouchers

A WOMAN who stole over €2,000 worth of One4all vouchers from CIE was remanded for a probation report and payment of compensation by Tallaght Court.

Geraldine Hall, aged 39, with an address at Belfry Grove, Citywest, Tallaght, pleaded guilty to stealing One4all gift vouchers worth €2,250 from CIE head office, Heuston Station, Dublin 8, on dates between December 22, 2015 and January 16, 2016.

Hall’s solicitor, Padraig O’Donovan, told Judge Patricia McNamara that the court would be served if the case was remanded for a presentence report.

Sergeant Michael Ahern said Hall had no previous convictions.

Judge McNamara noted that the court had previously accepted jurisdiction in the case.

She remanded Hall on continuing bail to a date in November for a presentence report and for Hall to come up with compensation.
