Based in Park West, the Irish American technology company has also been recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women once again in 2021.

In June 2020, Workhuman achieved unicorn status with a new investment valuing it at $1.2 billion (€1.06 billion) making them only the second Irish company to do so.

The success of the company can be attributed to Workhuman’s employees, remaining connected with each other through Workhuman’s Social Recognition technology and focused on the company’s goals during a time of great stress.

From Glenview in Tallaght, Eric Mosley, CEO at Workhuman, said, “This acknowledgement of Workhuman as a great place to work is due to our incredible people who have persevered in the face of extreme adversity during the pandemic.

“Despite Covid-19, we are on an incredible growth trajectory as more enterprises commit to galvanise their workforces in the new normal that’s been created.

“Critical to our success is our internal commitment to being a workplace where our employees can bring their whole selves to work.

“Employee happiness leads to strong business results, and this recognition from Great Place to Work Ireland further proves that point.”

Niamh Graham, Vice President of Global Human Experience at Workhuman, said: “We are hugely excited to be recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Women again in 2021 on the heels of a transformative year for our company.

“We’ve been laser focused on making Workhuman a place where our female employees can thrive at work, especially as everyone navigated the incredible stress brought on by the pandemic.

“Being recognised for these efforts is a huge deal for us and supports our journey toward addressing the gender gap in tech in Ireland.”

Workhuman’s award as a top Irish workplace was assessed through Great Place to Work’s robust ‘Trust Index’ employee survey and a thorough ‘Culture Audit’ assessment of its policies and practices.
