21 houses to be built at Fortunestown Lane
PLANS for 21 houses on Fortunestown Lane have been given the green light by South Dublin County Council.
The application, submitted by Talarive Ltd, outlines plans for the development of ten three-bedroom, semi-detached houses and 11 three-bedroom, terraced houses.
The proposed development will be on a site of 0.658 hectares, with the revised boundary to the Lidl store to the east and Fortunestown Lane to the south of the development.
Talarive Ltd previously secured planning permission for 399 dwellings in Citywest.
The council granted permission for the development last month, after details fulfilling the council’s request for additional information were submitted.
The additional information that was submitted included elevation plans, landscape plans, site layout plans and planting plans.
Permission was granted for the development on June 20.
