Located at Corbally in Saggart, online auctioneers BidX1 is bringing the site which has “development potential” to market for auction on February 17.

The property is arranged into an “irregular shaped parcel of land” and is located just off the N82 and Blessington Road between Tallaght, Saggart and Citywest.

Citywest Shopping Centre is around 1.5km north of the subject site.

At present, the property is occupied by a third party for the purposed of grazing horses.

This tenancy arrangement was made on foot of an oral agreement.

A birds eye view of the site shows that there is two electricity stanchions on the lands.

The property is comprised within a foilio which contains two plans.

A bidding deposit of €7,000 is required to take part in the auction – which is fully refundable to unsuccessful bidders.

All of the action is set to kick-off at 9am on Thursday, February 17.
