Amendments proposed for more apartments at DLS site
DWYER Nolan Developments Ltd seeks planning permission to modify a permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) via a planning application for a Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) in Ballyfermot, at the former De La Salle site.
The proposals are set within the permitted ‘Stonemount Park’ development of 800 apartments, currently under construction at Ballyfermot Road.
