Apartment plans for Monastery Road in Clondalkin
CHIMWAY Limited have applied for planning permission for the development of two three-storey apartment buildings on Monastery Road in Clondalkin.
It is proposed that the two apartment buildings will house a total of 22 two bedroom apartment units.
Provisions for a landscaped communal garden, car and bicycle parking, bin storage and private open spaces are included in the application.
Modifications to the existing vehicular entrance and pedestrian access arrangements from Monastery Road form part of the application.
There are also provisions for new boundary walls, and all associated site, drainage, boundary, landscaping and development works.
The applicant is also seeking permission to demolish all existing structures and a forecourt canopy on the site of the proposed development.
A decision is due from South Dublin County Council by June 22.
