Apology after ‘left the building’ statement from Sinn Féin councillor on FF absences
A SINN FÉIN councillor apologised to two Fianna Fáil colleagues after controversial statements made at the December council meeting, reports Alessia Micalizzi.
“All of the Fianna Fáil councillors seem to have left the building,” had said Clondalkin councillor William Carey (SF) after a roll call to vote for a motion that encouraged SDCC to purchase derelict houses in the county to tackle housing shortage.
