Appeal is lodged against Old Bawn house decision

An appeal has been lodged by the applicant against the decision to refuse permission to build a controversial new home on a green space in Old Bawn.

Kenny Estates has gone to An Comisiún Pleanála to make an appeal against the council’s decision on their proposal to construct 20A Old Bawn Way on a parcel of land on a green space in the local estate, as the council had decided against removing its open space zoning.
