Dunne, aged 25, with an address at Hazel Grove Court, Tallaght, is charged with possessing stolen property: €520 in cash and a sterling £20 note at an address at Lealand Gardens, Clondalkin, on July 18, 2016.

A solicitor for the DPP told Judge McHugh that the DPP had directed trial on indictment in McGreevy and Dunne’s case. She asked for four weeks for service of the book of evidence.
