Balrothery site goes on sale for a guide price of €1.5m

A SITE in Tallaght with planning permission for 13 houses went on sale on Wednesday with a guide price of €1.5 million. The site at Balrothery on the Castletymon Road extends to approximately 0.395 hectare (0.97 acre). The sale is being handled by Cushman & Wakefield.

There is full planning permission granted for two three-bedroom detached houses and 11 semi-detached housing units, ranging in size from 125 sq m to 136 sq m.

The site is located close to Tallaght village and Templeogue and is approximately 750m from the M50 motorway.

It is close to a number of amenities including Tymon Park, the National Basketball Arena and a number of schools. The area is well-served by public transport including Dublin Bus and LUAS and is close to the M50.
