Bike lane poses possible pitfalls for pedestrians and pub-goers

“If somebody’s killed, it’s not my fault, because I warned you,” said a Templeogue councillor as she raised the issue of a dangerous bike lane in the village.

At the last area meeting on Tuesday, November 12, Councillor Pamela Kearns (LAB) asked the council to install a cyclist dismount sign at either end of Templeogue village, to prevent potential incidents involving pedestrians.
