CAB carries out searches in connection with ongoing investigation

Two offices and house in West Dublin were searched this morning by the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB).

According to Gardai, the searches in Dublin 22 were carried as a part of an ongoing investigation targeting assets bought from the sale and supply of controlled drugs.

No arrests were made during this phase of the sting, however financial documents were seized.

A Garda spokesperson said: “Investigations into the operation are ongoing.”
