Celebratory concert for St Joseph’s Pipe Band at Red Cow
St Joseph’s Pipe Band is celebrating its 80th anniversary by hosting a celebratory and fundraising concert at the Red Cow Hotel.
The money raised at the concert will be put toward the ongoing teaching programme and will help support the funding of instruments and uniforms for the upcoming years.
The pipe band will open the night on October 19 at 8pm, showcasing some of the young talent making their way through the ranks, as well as their competition band who finished 5th in the World Championship in 2017.
The highlight of the night, however, will be the featured guest performers, The Band of An Garda Síochána.
Tickets can be purchased from any band member, or at the Purty Central Pub in Clondalkin village, or online at eventbrite.ie or, if the event is not sold out, at the door.
Tickets can be obtained for €15.
