THE Mayor of South Dublin, Councillor Alan Edge (Ind) launched an independent evaluation of the Balgaddy Child and Family Centre (BCFC) on Tuesday, April 30.
“The event was a breath of fresh air,” according to Clare McKevitt, Executive Clerical Officer, SDC South Dublin County Partnership.
