Clondalkin house site – for two homes – on sale for €600,000

A SITE in Clondalkin with planning permission for the development of two houses has been offered for sale with an asking price of €600,000.

The site is located at the junction of New Road and St Brigid’s Road just off Newland’s Cross and includes planning permission for the development of two new detached houses and refurbishment of existing detached house.

Overall, the site extends to approximately 0.2 acres and is available “shovel-ready” for development.

It is located 0.5km from Clondalkin village with the N7 within 0.3km and the Red Cow Luas station 1.5km.

The housing development was approved for the site by South Dublin County Council in June 2015 and the houses will include a four-bedroom detached and a two-bedroom detached house.
