Clondalkin man accused of thefts is further remanded on bail
A CLONDALKIN man accused of carrying out a series of thefts last year has been further remanded for DPP directions by Blanchardstown District Court.
Glen Byrne, aged 41, with an address at Harelawn Avenue, Clondalkin, is charged with stealing three Marks and Spencer HD activity cameras worth €283.50 from Marks and Spencer, Liffey Valley, on December 20, 2018.

He is also charged with stealing groceries worth €199 from Lidl, Ballyowen, Lucan, on November 29, 2018.
Byrne is also charged with breaching the peace at Supervalu, Rowlagh, Clondalkin, on October 27, 2018.
He is also charged with stealing items worth €118.75 from The Range, Liffey Valley, on November 27, 2018.
Byrne is also accused of breaching the peace and failing to comply with a garda’s directions at The Range on the above date.
He is also charged with violent behaviour at Lucan Garda Station also on November 27, 2018.
Byrne was before Judge David McHugh for DPP directions.
Sergeant Maria Callaghan told the court that directions were not available.
Judge McHugh remanded Byrne on continuing bail to a date in July for DPP directions.
