A CAR park in a prime location in Clondalkin Village is on the market for €300k.

Agents Turleys Property Advisors are advertising the 17,400 sq.ft commercial site for sale.

The car park is located beside the Steering Wheel Pub, and is currently in use as customer carparking for Clondalkin Town Centre.

Surrounding occupiers include The Steering Wheel Pub, Supersavers, Boss Hogs Bakery and The Laurels Pub.

According to the brochure, the surrounding area would be regarded as a mixed retail and residential location with various licensed premises and hotels in the immediate vicinity.

It says the area surrounding the subject property is home to a number of retail stores such as Tesco Supermarket, a number of fast food restaurants and the popular Laurels Pub.

The area is well serviced by public transport with various Dublin Bus routes serving Clondalkin with Dublin City Centre. Transport connections are provided by the M50 directly to the east, the Luas Red Line, together with several bus routes. The Echo contacted Turleys for comment.
