Deegan, aged 41, with an address at Cherrywood Park, Clondalkin, is charged with possession of eight 12-gauge Eley shotgun cartridges at her home address on February 17, 2016.

She is also charged with possession of a Baikal 12-gauge double-barrel shotgun, a Reno 12-gauge double-barrel shotgun and a Winchester pump-action shotgun at her home address also on February 17, 2016.

A solicitor for the DPP told Judge McHugh that the book was not ready. She asked for a further remand.

Deegan’s counsel consented to the application.

Judge McHugh remanded Deegan on continuing bail for two weeks for service of her book of evidence.
