Community in shock after woman struck by scrambler
THE community of Killinarden has been left in shock after an elderly woman was struck by a scrambler bike in a hit-and-run in the area last week.
It is understood that the perpetrators callously returned to the scene to see the injured woman again shortly after they struck her with their bike, before again fleeing.
