Concerns over 118 social housing plans
PLANS for 118 social homes under the Private Public Partnership (PPP) scheme are scheduled to be built in the Clonburris SDZ, despite reservations by a number of elected members in South Dublin County Council.
The proposed development at a 2.3 hectare site off Lynch’s Lane, near Kishoge Station, will be a partnership between the Dept Housing, local authorities, NDFA Social Housing and St Vincent de Paul.
