Council request additional info on retail unit plans at Citywest

SOUTH Dublin County Council has requested substantial additional information about a planning permission application to change a retail unit in Citywest Business Campus into a sandwich bar serving hot and cold food both on and off the premises.

The application, which was submitted by Dali Properties Ltd, outlines plans to switch Unit 3, 8 Riverwalk in Citywest Business Campus on Naas Road into a sandwich bar, but the council have requested additional information under a number of headings.

SDCC have requested information relating to the location, layout and number of seats on the premises, the opening hours and the location of toilets facilities, food preparation areas and refuse and recycling storage.

The council made the request for additional information on February 8.
