Dalata Hotel group rejects €1.3 billion takeover offer
THE Dalata Hotel Group has rejected a €1.3 billion takeover offer from Scandinavian property companies Pandox and Eiendomsspar.
Ireland’s largest hotel group, Dalata said this week the consortium’s offer was “materially undervalues the group and its prospects”.
