Representing Dublin in the Leinster Finals, Deansrath defeated teams from Westmeath and Longford.

At the National Finals the Deansrath Under 13 Girls beat Ulster (Cavan) in the last four before seeing off Munster (Cork) in the decider.

The Under 16 Girls beat Limerick in their semi final before losing out to Cloughjordan in the final while victory over Ulster (Donegal) saw the Under 13 Boys make it as far as the title match where they were edged out by Munster

The Deansrath Under 16 boys also made it past Donegal in the penultimate rounds before taking the final step on the road to national gold when they beat Connaught (Sligo).

It is the latest success in the sport for the Deansrath community which had previously enjoyed a four-in-a-row in the Under 13 girls division between 2014 and 2017 while last year they won Under 13 Boys and Under 16 Girls and Boys titles.
