Dublin GAA seeks €7m for Spawell commercial lands
THE commercial element of Dublin GAA’s Spawell Complex in Templeogue off the M50, including D’Arcy McGee’s Pub and Restaurant, has gone on the market for €7m.
Dublin GAA purchased the 13.92 hectares Spawell in 2017 for a reported €9m and received approval in February for a new sports facility on the site, and now the county board is looking for somebody to come on board and take over the commercial premises there on a 2.8ha piece of the property.
