The National Juvenile Athletics Championships took place last weekend, and we have all the results and reaction from a very successful competition for local athletes from Donore Harriers, DSD, Rathfarnham AC and Tallaght AC, plus there is a roundup of results from other athletics events.
There’s news on Oblate Dynamos’ Mae Creane who helped the Irish Women’s U16 basketball team to Dusmman Cup success in Luxembourg, while Templeogue’s Sean Daly was a part of the Men’s team who finished runners-up, and we hear from Firhouse native and former Glenanne man Graham Shaw who is set to manage the Irish Women’s Hockey team at the upcoming Euro Hockey Championships II.
In GAA, we look back on the Dubs’ win in the Leinster Final against Westmeath, there’s news on the Dublin hurlers, and we have all the action and pictures from St Judes’ contest with Naomh Olaf in their Minor Hurling League division two tie on Monday night.
