Echo Year in Review: January 2021
After an extremely difficult year in 2020, many people welcomed January as a fresh start.
With this new year a sense of hope arose with the beginning of the vaccination roll-out across the country, starting off for healthcare workers and nursing home residents as we saw reported in The Echo.
