SPOOKY season didn’t quite start with a bang this year, but there was no shortage of news to report including Dublin Fire Brigade’s tips for a safe Halloween, and the success of local women who play on the Republic of Ireland team securing a place in the FIFA Women’s World Cup finals next year.

Captain Fantastic, Tallaght woman Katie McCabe captained the Republic of Ireland women’s soccer team to their first ever FIFA Women’s World Cup soccer finals.
