Former Ulster Bank premises on market with €625K guide price

THE former Ulster Bank premises at Walkinstown Cross has gone on the market with a guide price of €625,000.

The property is for sale by private treaty and is described as a prime leasehold opportunity that is suitable for a variety of uses, subject to planning.

It extends to a total area of approxi-mately 362sqm over two levels.

The ground floor contains the main office/retail space and storage rooms, and the first floor contains storage rooms, a kitchen and toilets. The property benefits from private off-street parking at the front of the building and is available with full vacant possession.

This is the latest former Ulster Bank branch locally that has been put up for sale in recent weeks, after the Palmerstown and Clondalkin branches previously went on the market.

They are part of the portfolio of former Ulster Bank buildings that have been brought to the market by Cushman and Wakefield In February 2021, Ulster Bank confirmed its plans to withdraw from the Irish market on a phased basis.

The Ulster Bank branches in the county closed on April 21 last, along with all of other branches around the country as the bank completed its withdrawal process.
