Free courses for those with Type 2 Diabetes
FREE programmes for people with Type 2 Diabetes will take place in Lucan and Ballyfermot in September and October respectively.
The courses are delivered by the HSE Community Dietitian.
The free six-week course to help you manage your Type 2 Diabetes, starts on Friday, September 22, from 10.30am to1.00pm, and every Friday up to October 27, in Lucan Library.
Meanwhile, a free dietitian led course for Type 2 Diabetes, takes place in Bridge House, Cherry Orchard Hospital, Ballyfermot, starting Tuesday, October 17, and every Tuesday up to November 21.
Places are limited and people must register to attend.
