Free Migraine Ireland self-management online course
AN ONLINE three-week course for people living with chronic migraine or new daily persistent headache is being held for people living in Dublin South West.
Hosted by the Migraine Association of Ireland, the free online self-management course will be held on three consecutive Wednesdays, June 9, June 16 and June 23, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm each evening.
The online course, which will be staged on Zoom, is aimed at people with chronic migraine, those experiencing migraine for 15 days or more a month.
People experiencing new daily persistent headaches are also invited to take part.
Places are limited and participants must attend all three evenings.
