Garda seize cocaine worth €1.5 million in Rathmines raid

As part of on-going Operation Thor, Gardaí at Rathmines have seized cocaine with an estimated value of €1.5 million, pending analysis.

The drugs were seized following the planned search of a property on Rathmines Road Lower, Dublin on Friday morning at approximately 10am.

One man in his mid 20s was arrested at the scene.

He is currently detained at Rathmines Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
