Gardai investigate alleged assault on two youths

GARDAI are investigating an alleged assault that occurred in Tallaght on Monday evening.
The Echo understands a number of youths were involved in the incident and emergency services provided treatment to two people at the scene.
A garda statement released to The Echo said: “Gardaí responded to an assault that occurred at the Dale Park Road in Tallaght, this evening at approximately 5.20pm.
“It is believed a number of youths were involved in an altercation.
“Two male youths received injuries following the incident. Emergency Services attended and provided treatment at the scene.
“Enquiries ongoing.”
