In terms of transport links, the property is well served by transportation links including the R110 Long Mile Road providing access to the city centre, while the M50 motorway and N7 are situated immediately to the west.

Public transport links to the property are provided by several bus routes and the Luas Red Line.

The unit will go under the hammer at Bid X1’s online auction on November 10.
