Houses acquired under Derelict Sites Act to get remedial work before sale
Remedial works on four derelict properties by South Dublin County Council began in January.
In April 2024, the council acquired four houses in St Maelruan’s Park, Tallaght, under the provisions of the Derelict Sites Act and through the Urban Regeneration and Development Fund.
