Housing prices nationally rose by an average of 3.7% during the first three months of 2025, according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report released by Ireland’s largest property website, Daft.ie.
The typical listed price nationwide in the first quarter of the year was €346,048, 11.6% higher than a year previously and 35% higher than at the onset of the covid19 pandemic.
