HSE ‘not in a position to replace funding’ for psychotherapist
THE loss of a psychotherapist role that helped to support Ballyfermot Youth Service (BYS), will have a detrimental impact on local youth mental health, according to Cllr Vincent Jackson (Ind).
The part-time role was funded last year by the Department of Justice, but this has not been renewed and the HSE say they are not in a position to replace the funding.
