DAMAGE caused by scramblers in California Hills has led to calls for more “effective measures” to tackle the problem.
At the recent South Central area meeting, Cllr Vincent Jackson (Ind) had a Motion on the “constant scourge” of scrambler bikes in the community, asking Dublin City Council to act before a tragedy occurs.
