According to South Dublin County Council, In This Together encourages everyone to set a new daily activity, which helps them feel a little healthier or a little happier as we deal with Covid-19.

The campaign draws together a range of activities that people can pursue at home or in their locality, and either by yourserlf, with family members or with friends online.

Locally in South Dublin County, some of the activities include South Dublin County Sports Partnership live exercise classes, the libraries borrow box, online music classes with Music Generation and age friendly news.

There’s also bouncing baby book club and Local Enterprise Office online courses.

There’s also advice and support online through South Dublin County Council’s Mindmindr app, an iPhone and Android app that provides contact details and information on local mental health services.

There were mental health Facebook talks running earlier this week, and continuous promotion of the county’s parks and getting back to nature.

The initiave brings together national and local government, state agencies, community and voluntury sectors and the Community Call Forums from around the country.
