Innovation Centre to be completed in 2023

THE new Innovation Centre in Tallaght is due to be completed in 2023 according to a recent update from South Dublin County Council.

The building will be a 4-storey 2,980msq building with views in four directions to the Dublin Mountains over the public park.

There will be a public area on the ground floor with town hall space and a café and lettable offices in various sizes on the upper floors of the building.

The development is located on council land, east of the new link road connecting fourth Avenue and Belgard Square North.

The final tender construction for the project is currently in progress and the building is expected to be completed in May 2023.
