TWO local pubs are set to go under the hammer at a public auction for a combined market reserve price of close to €1 million.

The Killinarden House (€450k) and Crumlin establishment The Four Roads (€500k) are for sale by public auction on September 13.

Selling agents Allsop have a reserve price of between €425-€450k for the Killinarden House – a property arranged over ground and one upper floor to provide an extensive licensed premises.
