Largest logistics facility in the country to let in Greenogue

THE largest speculatively developed logistics facility in the country, located in Greenogue Logistics Park in Rathcoole, is now available to let.

The facility extends to 26,674sq.m and is being brought to the market by estate agents CBRE and Savills.

The property is available for immediate occupation. It has a clear internal height of 12.5m, and concrete service yards including an 83m yard depth, with truck and trailer parking.

According to the property brochure, the facility provides “a unique opportunity for occupiers to acquire a new Grade-A high bay logistics facility in one of Dublin’s premier logistics locations.”

The property, listed as ‘Building Two’ in the logistics park, is described by the letting agents as benefitting from “unrivalled access to and from all major transportation routes” with “dedicated access” from the R120.

This follows on from the successful letting of Building One in the logistics park to global solutions provider Tosca last year.

The Greenogue Logistics Park is being developed by Palm Capital, with the overall development expected to be valued at approximately €85m on completion.
