Liam Gallagher will play in Lucan later this year at Samhain Festival

Liam Gallagher will play a gig in Lucan later this year after it was confirmed this evening that the former Oasis frontman will headline at the Samhain Festival.

The gig, which will take place at Weston Airport in Lucan, will take place on Sunday 29 October, with The Strypes and Touts also featuring on the Sunday.

Samhain Festival returns in 2017 for a massive fancy-dress Halloween celebration in a brand new location.

Now held in a huge hangar in Weston Airport, the first time this unique space has been used for a concert, the event will host an eclectic mix of your favourite artists across both days.
