Life sessions in Liffey Valley

Liz Tiernan, Biodiversity in Schools expert and paediatric sleep specialist Kelly Geoghan, Sleepy Stars were joined by Jaden Doran  and Ellie Greenan to officially unveil the line-up for this year’s Life Sessions at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.

Liffey Valley has announced the return of its popular summer series of events, including baby sleep seminars, biodiversity workshops, and skincare masterclasses.

Now in its fourth year, the event schedule is bigger and better than ever, with free and ticketed activities running from June 6 to June 23.

Continuing its successful partnership with Enable Ireland, Liffey Valley will donate €5* from all ticket sales to support local families and youth services.
