Long delays on Luas Red line due to technical fault
Luas passengers on the Red Line are facing long delays this morning due to a technical fault – with no trams running between Blackhorse and Connolly.
The incident is reportedly related to damages caused to an overhead power line in the city.

Third bus now packed to the gills. Fair play to the bus drivers, this seems incredibly claustrophobic pic.twitter.com/O8BCgA9baa

Passengers have been advised to use buses, but many have reported long waiting time.
Luas have said: “All Red Line services are operating from Tallaght and Saggart to Blackhorse Stop only.
“No service between Blackhorse and Connolly/The Point.
“For travel to Saggart board a Tallaght bound tram and alight at Belgard.”
