Lantern Workshops at Rua Red - Tallaght
Rua Red Centre in Tallaght will be holding lantern making workshops every Saturday from November 4 until November 25.
These kid-friendly workshops will allow you to customise your own bamboo-frame lantern at a free, open workshop with the Unwrapped design artists.
The lanterns will be at their Unwrapped 2017: “A Little More Light” outdoor lantern spectacle on December 2.
According to the Tallaght Community Arts, UNWRAPPED marks the beginning of celebrating the winter festive season across South Dublin County. This year, their title “A Little More Light” is to remind people of the part that light plays in celebrations around the world in the dark days of winter.
