Luas red line disruption after tram crash at Tallaght Hospital
There are currently no Luas running between Belgard and the Square due to a crash on the red line.
The incident happened just before midday when a Luas and a car collided between the Tallaght Hospital and the Square stops.
An update released by Luas said: “Please be advised that there is no service between Belgard and Tallaght.
“Trams only running from The Point/Connolly to Belgard/Saggart due to an incident on the Red Line.
“We apologise for any and all inconvenience caused.”
Emergency services are now at the scene and several people have been taken to the nearby hsospital in ambulances.
