Man arrested and cocaine worth €190,000 seized after raid at Clondalkin shopping complex

Gardaí in Ronanstown have arrested a man in his late 40s following the seizure of cocaine with an estimated value of €190,000.

As part of an operation targeting the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Clondalkin area, Gardaí carried out the planned search of a premises at a shopping complex in Clondalkin on Tuesday afternoon at approximately 2pm.

Gardaí seized 2.65kgs of suspected cocaine. Other drug paraphernalia was located and seized during follow up searches.

The man was arrested at scene and is currently detained at Ronanstown Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
